Acting as UI Principle for UX Reviews on the company’s E-service Programme, I helped implement a number of incremental changes in order to help customers better understand the details of their bills and accounts. A number of new features were introduced and existing features were reworked in the ‘My Account’ section of EE’s customer-facing website, in order to improve usability and reduce the need for customers to call in with account queries.
